(A) To register, either click on the "register" link on the JewelleryStore.com.au home page, or click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections here in the JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre. Then provide your membership details. |

(Q) I'm under 18 and can't signup?

(A) In accordance with Australian standard law, under 18's cannot participate in auctions as they are legally binding contracts. |

(Q) I am a member of the JewelleryStore.com.au Online Store. Do I have to register to JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre as well?

(A) Yes. It is necessary to register to JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre if you would like to buy, swap or sell. Your JewelleryStore.com.au Online Store registration is independant of your JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre registration. It is not necessary to register if you are simply browsing. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. |

(Q) How can I list an item?

(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?

(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

(Q) What does it cost to sell jewellery at the JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre?

(A) There is absolutely no cost to place a standard listing. Place as many listings as you like for free. You can even set up your own store, rent free! Only when your item/s are sold is there a fee payable based on a small % of the final sale price. A standard listing includes a gallery photo, full item description (html with graphics or simple text) and a large photo of your item. Your standard listing also includes full auction management, showing your prospective buyers you item's current bid, the listing start time, end time, location, listing status and many other 'up to the second' infomation links. It's simple and anyone can do it. Just follow the links. We have a range of selling enhancements such as multiple catagories and front page/ catagory featured listings available for a small fee to really get your item noticed.(Please refer to the 'Site Fees' link for details of any listing fees and charges). |

(Q) Why does the JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions & Trading Centre only accept PayPal for the settlement of member accounts?

(A) PayPal is the most universally recognized processor of online payments. Through PayPal, your account settlement can be made by debit directly from your bank account, as well as from any major credit card. Registration to PayPal is quick and easy and is absolutely free. But it is not necessary to be registered to PayPal to make your payment. To settle your account without registering to PayPal, just follow the prompts after clicking the 'Details' button in your JewelleryStore.com.au Auctions and Trading Centre member area after loging in. |
